Are you allowed to hire away front office personnel during the season or can another NHL team block it? I know the chances of Adams being fired are slim, but I’d love for them to get a ****ing competent, experienced GM in here now so he can get a head start evaluating this joke of a team and hit the ground running in the offseason.

If Pegula waits until the offseason, we’re probably looking at another season running it back so the new GM can evaluate.
