Eichel needed a responsible veteran team and that was not what they built around him. Reinhart I miss. Eichel no.
Mittlestadt failed and hasn't been that good anywhere else but Reinharts jump in Panthers? Makes me wonder if there is a curse or something. I know he gets to play with better players there but still.

No, he’s just playing with equally talented players on the top line down there. His underlying numbers in Buffalo were f***ing amazing, but you had people who complained about his play while he was here who honestly I wouldn’t trust their opinion if you tied rock to my ankles and threw me in the water, and their opinion was the only thing that could save me. It’s not a curse, it’s people being mature enough to actually played their skills and being supported enough that they’re allowed to do so.

So now that we’ve had this little non-game day thread interlude, let’s get back to talking about tonight‘s trouncing at the hands of Montreal.

Bro.. take your troll away.
I'm not trolling. But I understand you guys are mad. It's reasonable. I think you still have a chance with some lucky bounces.
Habs are very uneven and Dach is really shit this year. Slafkovsky has big ups and downs and players like Gallagher and others are regressing and getting slower. Their PP with Laine and Suzuki will hurt you but if they don't take any stupid penalties you guys have a shot.
