2 first round games for the first two years, plus 2 quarterfinal (bowl) games the final 3 years of the deal.

My guess if TNT gets the 1st round games up against the NFL. Then when they get 2 of the New Year’s 6 games they get the NYE game and the Noon NYD Bowl game (ESPN keeps Rose and Sugar Bowl).

Don't say anything at all
In a future contract with a 14-team playoff this is how the CFP should be divided:

First round: 1 game each on ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, The CW and ESPN

Quarterfinals: 1 game each on ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC

Last two rounds: Alternate between ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC

...yeah, this deal sounds good until you realize you're still ultimately getting the mouse's scraps in an entity they created whole cloth, and it doesn't at all mitigate the absolute terrible job Zaslav has done especially with Turner Sports, but across the entire WBD portfolio.

He could very well lose his job by losing the NBA
Lets be real, it'll be for a legion of other major decisions, but losing a nearly 30 year broadcasting relationship with the NBA is going to be the one that's felt the largest, and have the biggest amount of damage to both the brand, the company, and the people in the boardroom's reputation considering how they acted about the NBA in general.

Disney propping up TNT Sports for Venu, now that they're losing the NBA.

Reeks of collusion.

Hadn't considered the future Winter Classic lead-in, that's pretty great for the NHL.

The NBA is clearly not helping TNT for this negotiation

Didn't even consider the Venu aspect, but it's not really collusion unless they had another offer from a separate entity (Comcast or Paramount) that offered more and they still took the lower package.

Or… college athletics dies a loud, grisly death and is buried in the same plot as the rotted corpse of Avery Brundage.
