I'd prefer Jack too but for people conplaining about Chris Cuthbert calling Oilers games... check out how brutal the U.S broadcast is. Holy hell, they call a playoff game like it was golf:

Thought this was pretty cool

In my list of unexpected things Brown being one of the Oilers’ top trash talkers is near the top.So good.
Brown chirping Doughty was great.
“You’re a lot of things, smart isn’t one of them”
$27.50 for the first row of the blues for the Stanley Cup finals in 1990. Good times.Even if I was predisposed to go I think this one is for newer fans. I saw my share of cup wins in the 80's. I'll sit this one out. I really feel though for what people are required to pay to see it this time around. Back then it was a dirt cheap spectacle. We were so lucky.
Dude needs to negotiate calcium supplement coverage into his next contract. So roopy had a foot fracture. Crazy stuff. Huge if true.
Would it not have happened for Carolina? Weren't the the 8th seed in their conference in 06?It is very strange to play 3 rounds as a road team and finally have home ice for the last one. Not sure if that's ever happened.
That’s the price of a beer now….$27.50 for the first row of the blues for the Stanley Cup finals in 1990. Good times.
I don't think so. Carolina finished with 112 points that year, 2nd overall in the east.Would it not have happened for Carolina? Weren't the the 8th seed in their conference in 06?
My phone has blown up with people I know asking to buy my tickets. Yeah sorry I don’t have seasons tickets to simply sell the 4 best games of the year and miss a chance to see them lift the cup.
It's also about double what the cost was in the first couple of Cup years. That’s the price of a beer now….
Isn't it because FLA lost to Vegas in 2023, not EDM? All of the examples listed in that message are the years the same 2 teams met in the next year's final. That's why 2024-2025 are listed. Unreal that 2 of those times involve the Oilers. How come the media keeps skipping over FLA losing and then beating Edmonton the year after lol. Or are they only looking at Greztky and Crosby?
Basically, they swapped Ceci for Klingberg, Walman, Emberson and Stetcher.I remember Nurse saying post-game after game 2 that they were blocking more shots, getting in the shooting lanes but making sure Stu had sightlines. It definitely worked and has allowed Stu to get more confident as each game progressed.
So effing Florida is off to the third Stanley Cup final in a row? That's pretty rare in today's NHL>Isn't it because FLA lost to Vegas in 2023, not EDM? Edit: nevermind, I see someone already posted that it's a list of rematches.
That wasn’t a Stanley cup final re match. They played two different teams. How come the media keeps skipping over FLA losing and then beating Edmonton the year after lol. Or are they only looking at Greztky and Crosby?

wowI remember these prices clearly, I was able to afford to see the entire first round against the Jets as a teenager with part time job/minimum wage money, good times indeed. In fact that's exactly where our seats were, we hung a banner over the railing.
Never seen prices like this before. Lots of out of towners driving the market.
so much for all that Lindell > Ekholm talk!
It’s him or Matthew’s or Rantanen lolThey've moved onto Barkov > McDavid now.
Barkov may be the most overrated player in the world right now.
Nobody overrates players like Finnish fans. Even Leafs fans can't compare to them, imo. It’s him or Matthew’s or Rantanen lol
