If found not guilty, I would happily bring Foremnton back (considering how horrible E.M has looked after all the inconsistencies and details coming to light) but that would be the biggest PR disaster so it would never happen.

I'd want to make sure the team would be okay with bringing him back. They likely would but they should have a choice of whether they want to deal with the donkeys in the media who won't let the whole situation go even after a trial.
