I don't think anyone does this but Utah. Including Marner.

Marner won't accept a trade to Utah to be the only good player there.

Toronto would rather re-sign Marner than acquire a bunch of meh to replace him.

Liljegren is a complete non-entity, Robertson is alright and two seconds don't move the needle, so Minny isn't interested.

Utah is probably the only one with interest as they're not giving up a ton and they're getting a superstar.
