CONSULTING AGREEMENT, dated as of March 8th 2013, between You nyrpassion established and existing under the laws of HFboards, Guess What


RECITALS.

WHEREAS nyrpassion desires to bet Guess What to use the services of
the avatar feature of HFboards.

AND

Guess What desires to bet Guess What to use the services of
the avatar feature of HFboards.

AGREEMENT

1/ RETENTION

YOU BET nyrpassion, hereby retains the avatar of Guess What's choice for a primary period of 1 (one)week, commencing on March 10th 2013 on Hfbaords on a non exclusive basis.

The bet is:

The Blackhawks will comeback against the Avalanche. Current score at the 2nd intermission is 5-1 Col.

If the Avs win IN REGULATION: nyrpassion will harness the avatar of Guess What's choice for a period of 1 week.

If the Hawks win IN REGUATION/OT: Guess What will harness the avatar of nyrpassion's choice or a period of 1 week.
