Dark mode is back! It's ugly, but it's back!

Ya that didn’t work for me either. Still stuck in light mode.

And some of the preferences that seemed to have been solved have reverted. Like the link back to the board at the bottom of each page of a thread. Much easier when it’s right below the last post, and it seemed like that was restored yesterday.

It’s very annoying when I have to scroll through a list of threads on other boards I don’t care about, and a slew of events I have no interest in wagering fake money on, just to link back to our board.

I just saw an over turned tractor trailer on Easton Ave in Somerset. Such a tiny road for a giant truck.

I'm seeing big trucks on so many tiny residential streets lately. I can only assume with all these grotesque warehouses popping up in old farm fields all over it's only going to get worse.

I guess I'm just getting old...but I drive around and see townhouses, warehouses and condo's all over that used to be fields and woods full of deer and wildlife...it really depresses me

Somerset County still has woodland to knock down? I moved to Warren in 1993 and the next few years was the constant tearing down of trees for ugly McMansions. But I guess they don't build those anymore.

There is still quite a bit and bunch of old farms still remain. Especially around Hillsborough and Somerset just north of Princeton around the Delaware and Raritan Canal....

but I know of 4 major warehouses that have popped up in the last few years ... One you can see off of RT 287 is one of the most heartbreaking. I believe it's Amazon, on one side of the D&R canal near the Somerset Patriots stadium. It was a big wetland that Sandhill Cranes used to stop in along their migration. Gone probably forever.
