They play like they have the last few games and they may be blown out of the building. The Jets can score in bunches and play defense.

Regardless of how the 2nd power play does, IMO this is a really good sign for the health of the overall team dynamic. Carberry not afraid of hurting Ovi’s feelings to do what’s best for the team.
I also appreciate the timing — sends a message before the 4 nations break that the overall fitness needs to improve and they can’t afford a further setback from not taking conditioning seriously during the break

First game home after a grueling road trip - will be surprised if they get up for this one.
Thinking the PP makeover will go back to a more traditional 1-3-1, which should help Ovi.

I'll try. We run 8 F and 2D on the two PPs. So 2 dudes from the 3rd or 4th line are going to be out there. So who else? Dowd? Eller? Mangi I guess?
From the other thread, someone pointed out (and I completely agree) that Raddysh is placeholding for Ovechkin.
So, it's really:
Chychrun - Ovechkin - Protas - Frank - Dubois
(Minus perhaps the last 10-15 seconds of the power play)
Edit to add: Assuming you want a right handed shot in that spot, your options are Raddysh, TvR, Roy, or Dowd. Wilson and Carlson are on PP one and Frank is probably the bumper.
Edit to add (2 - I'm full of bonus thoughts today): I wonder if the team might prioritize adding someone at the deadline who shoots right given the dearth on the team.

Let’s just hope we can see some power plays and then assess. Maybe we don’t have to see the second unit because the first scores!
