Of course somehow GP is gonna have to earn his spot on pp1 while we continue to see 93 and Kreider on it.
So plain and simple he won't get a chance on the pp1

Watching that OT goal replay (that they’ve shown a dozen times already!) Rangers should patent that play.

Trochek absolutely turned ALL 3 Wild players inside out by coming round the net, then up top, then down the slot. All 3 Wild then covered the wrong guy, as impossible as that sounds. Even Rossi skated off to another zip code.

Perfecto.

We should definitely get rid of panarin and not the dumb slob coach who can't get the rest of the team in line.
If we get rid of Panarin it has to be at the TDL next year. We can not trade him over the summer and bottom out next year with no first rounder.

He looked good. Set up Laff perfectly and laff flubbed it. Quick passing, had a few shots on goal, not slow. He did deflect a goal in but it doesn't take away from how he looked.
There was a play where he and Tro were on together. He lobbed a zone entry pass for Tro but it went to a dead area and he quickly went to cover the point as the puck got worked backward by the Minnesota defense. It didn't allow Minnesota to transition. That kind of play was a great indication of his hockey IQ.

It's unfortunate. If a smart real good hockey trade can be made maybe trading MIller is the way to go.
I have no doubt he should bring back a lot.
Just my opinion, but you can't trade Miller until you see what he looks like in a competent defensive scheme. He's taken a huge step back under this assclown coaching staff. Every D man on the roster has...obviously not a coincidence. If Miller doesn't take some major strides with some real coaching, then you can revisit this conversation.

I like how Othmann is playing. Bite and aggressive, the goals will eventually come but he will be a player for us. Cuylle, Othmann, and Berard need the opportunities from day 1 next season. Gabe is skilled and has superior hockey IQ.

Draft a high upside player who is skilled and we may be cooking with grease.

First and foremost, though, we can’t continue with this defensive system.
