Exciting times.

Drouin back.

Has Val officially even been reinstated? He was allowed to practice but don't recall the league announcing anything. Regardless, I assume that'll happen tomorrow and he should be playing.

Only thing that'll make this even better is if they put Wood on waivers rather than back in the lineup.

Not so concerned with Val because I'm certain he can play but Drouin is still a question mark for me. He finished strong last year but was also pretty rough for much of the year. He's not a guaranteed top 6 player for me yet. I just hope he can pick up where he left off.

In what way was Drouin rough for much of the year? Maybe the first 10 games... From November on he was a stud.

hahahah what? Dude had 56 points last year, 106th in the league, divided by 32 teams, that's definitely top6 material.... Not all top6 wingers are gonna match Mikko, etc.

Drouin and Mitts are - by a huge gap - the best passers on the team. The best balance would be:

Drouin - Mac - Nuke
Lehky - Mitts - Mikko

That said, I figure Bednar will go with

Drouin - Mac - Mikko
Lehky - Mitts - Nuke

Either way, Mitts will be doing a happy dance.
I like option 1 better. Nuke and Nuke Jr on the same line is too much. Spread out the tenacity a little bit

Last game was shit powerplay so shake it and make it fresh with Nuke front of net and Drou in bumper.

I don't even care how 5on5 lines 1 and 2 shape up because they will be so friggin much better in any case. Drou/Mack/Mikko and Choo/Mitts/Lehky is e-f***ing-lite.

Also: Put Annunen in net.
