Told my neighbor the other day when we watched them shit stomp the Leafs in game 7 that the Panthers were the only team left that I thought was still capable of sweeping a series, and it's looking like it could be a possibility here.

Florida is a great team no doubt but am I crazy or does the East just suck this year? Washington has Strome as their 1C so they're obvious frauds. Tampa isn't what they used to be due to the decline of Hedman. The Sens, Habs, and Hughesless Devils were obvious first round fodder. Then there's the Leafs(lol) and the Canes who are hard stuck at round 3.

I’m surprised they went down 2-0 to Toronto. Florida is awesome and the East is weak. Carolina has lost 14 STRAIGHT ECF games. That’s nuts.

It was terrible move to give up on Bobrovsky after his great rookie season because he struggled in playoffs (First time he had ever played that much hockey) and sign Bryzgalov

13 seasons later and Bob is 6 wins away from his potential 2nd Stanley Cup
