All of Laughton, Seeler, Risto, and Hathaway have to be in consideration. These are replacement level guys. If a contender wants to pay you for them to fill out for a run, jump at it.

All but Michkov ought to be in consideration. It is literally the job of the general manager to consider any and every avenue to upgrade his team's roster, and Michkov is the only player who I do not believe we can plausibly upgrade on in the long term, given the right circumstances.

Obviously you won't find trades for every player, but if you aren't willing to have those conversations about anyone and everyone, you aren't doing your job, and you shouldn't have it.

Perhaps with the cap going up for next season, teams won't mind taking on a player with a reasonable amount of salary as long as the term is not that long. Laughton's salary an done year of term shouldn't matter. The same with Hathaway. Risto gets into a gray area. Seeler does as well but his control clause drops off after this season and he isn't too costly for a third pair guy.
