I’m not disagreeing necessarily just never heard this.

What you mean about the breeding practices. Nvm. The puppy stuff. Figured you meant horses or something.

no sweat. the reportage on amish animal cruelty is not exactly big and splashy, and likely doesn’t make many waves in winnipeg!

I questioned it bc the Mennos here are actually quite good for their animals.

Most smaller farmers I’ve met are. Especially those that work alongside their animals, or raise them for sale.

It’s the larger operations where you tend to see abuse, in my experience anyway. On a tangent, hunters are often the most respectful of nature.
 
Anyine have thoughts on what top line center with term on their contract the flyers should try to acquire by trade? Is there a consensus opinion on the board here?

Consensus opinion, AFAICT, is that those players aren't available unless they force their way out of town, and there haven't been any credible rumors of anyone trying to do that since Cutter Gauthier.

There's a Hardee's literally one or two minutes from where I work. I go out for lunch once a week; I ate there roughly once a week for almost a year because it was so close. Now I'm sick to death of it and only go once every several months at most, lol.

Plus they got rid of my favorite burger and the sesame seed buns. That was pretty devastating.
 
I’m still in a camp that favours Byram. If they can swing a deal there I think there is more there. He’s shown some stability health wise.

They won’t do it but Sanheim is a guy that I’d consider selling high on.
 
Cam and Strick podcast didn't say what year but at some point the flyers were going to get Parayko from the Blues but he had one really good game that convinced the blues to keep him

Tony probably could have carved out a solid career in the NHL if he wasn’t a grade A asshole. No one wants to deal with that type of shit unless maybe if he was a star player
