As Habs are becoming a serious contender already this season:
- Has there been a worse team on paper than them to win the Stanley Cup?

How Habs top guys are on paper:

Caufield - a midget
Laine - body made of glass, with an even more fragile mind
Suzuki - an actual NHL star player
Hutson - small but fast, generational head fakes
Slafkovsky - a probable bust
Matheson - a top 2 D in Habs, bottom 2 in all other teams
Evans - playing his only good season
2 unkown goalies - would not be starters in any other team

Has there EVER been a worse team to win the cup?

How do you say backhanded compliment in Swedish?

Who's suggesting the Habs are a Cup contender? I think it's obvious they're exceeding expectations but not sure why this comparison is necessary.

Im a Habs fan actually.

And the deacriptions of players were how I perceive how most other people view these players (some are polarizations).

And Habs are the best team in the NHL during the past 5 weeks. If they continue this well until the end of season they will definitely be a serious contender.

I only wrote that Habs are "becoming" a serious contender.
