Vesa Toskala. There's horrible, and then there's advanced horrible. And then there's Toskala.

He had a good run in 07-08 so he was not completely useless.

I will have to go with Stempniak, maybe a little bit off the board. Absolutely useless player.

1. Vesa Toskala
2. Brett Lebda
3. Rickard Wallin

edit: switched Van Ryn for Wallin, both were awful though. I win this thread.

I'll say Andrew Raycroft. In addition to being a flake and a sieve in net, he also came across like an arrogant, disinterested ***** off the ice.

Along with a stellar .894% save percentage and an amazing 2.99 GAA, right?

That's what I find amazing about Raycroft.. He had 37 wins.. but he was plain awful. We could of had probably basically any other goalie and probably make the playoffs that year..

Such a joke the 2009-10 team was, remember Primeau and Exelby? Omg..

Don't forget Rickard Wallin.. wasn't Jamie Lundmark apart of that team too?. lol

Wallin is the darkhorse pick in my opinion.

But I still believe it's Komisarek.

He still has plenty of bloopers left to show us.

Why?

His refusal, and the subsequent refusal of the rest of the Muskoka 5, to waive the NTC's set this team back in terms of a rebuild more than the Rask trade, the Toskala trade, and the Steen trade combined.

HE is the worst because he ****ed this team the most.

Appologies to those confused by that perspective.

............................

Talent wise there has been too many to count.

Teams used to target Hal Gill's side of the ice when he was in Toronto because he was such a freaking pilon. Then in 2009 he wins the cup as PIT's shutdown d-man. Bizarre.

Toskala is probably the #1 when you factor in what was expected.

What was expected was Kiprussof v2.0. What we got was garbage. Cost us a 1st in the process.

No way Komi is the worst...

IMO it has to be a close between Ledba and Toskala.

Toskala has the 100 ft goal, and Lebda, I remember he had a game where the Leafs had like 7 goals (or something, I'm sure someone can correct me) everyone was + and Ledba was somehow -3 haha.

.

Oh shut it.

What was Montreal's offer to us, Grabovski, Higgins and a 1st?

Well, we got Grabovski for just about nothing, Higgins was a 43 point scorer last year, which represents his highest point totals since 2009 and that Montreal first in 2008 was Greg Nemisz.

I see that and raise you one Martin Gerber going 6-5 to close out 08-09.

We could be talking Duchene or Kane here.
