Which teams in particular surprise you in each categories? I think Capitals doing this well in xGF% is a surprise. Didn't expect the Flames to also be doing this well, especially considering they had no business winning against either Canucks or Flyers. The Knights doing this poorly in xGF% is also a shocker. Nashville, OML. Avs and Oilers don't shock me, both imho will even out and make the playoffs.

Do you have these stats for the first 10 games last year vs full season? I’d be interested to see how they normalize with a larger sample size.

If you go to natural stat trick and select 2023-2024 season and then input the dates, you can get the sample size from that data, but it doesn't allow me to exactly choose the first 10 games for each teams.
