Enough with cheaping out on goaltending year after year. Enough with relying on geriatrics like Henrique and invisible players like Janmark and Brown to anchor your bottom 6. Enough of expecting Mcdavid and Draisaitl to carry a roster year after year. 97 and 29 certainly were not great this series, but the lack of depth, defense and goaltending were a major part of it.

If the team signs McDavid they have a long window to win this thing. It is painful right now, but thinking objectively, this team is going to be a top contender for 5+ more years.

Most definitely need a new goaltender, but the D core is pretty much intact and cup caliber.

Will be a very large turnover at forward next year I'd imagine and some youth and speed is needed.

Skinners last game as an Oiler I'd say. Or at least as the starter. New goaltender will be brought in, and it's tough to pay Skinner that much to back him up.

Yes, he is worse than pickard now. Teams know how to get to him (except Dallas and san jose) He is regressing , not getting better. He has peaked with his potential which is limited and severely inconsistent. He isn't making the save and needs to go

They never said anything, nor would I expect them too. I'm going off of what Stauffer, Rishaug, and others that cover the team have said. Skinner likes to hang on to the puck himself, Leon likes players who do the hard work in the offensive zone to get him the puck. There's a reason he played so much with Podkolzin- he really likes playing with him.

Florida stayed composed and got a save… Oilers started pick watching and trying to cover players that were already marked by other guys

Trade Nurse and retain as necessary.
33,90,13,19,53 all can go. Too old, slow and ineffective.
Trade 74 if it brings you in a proven starter.
Perry was great this year but you can't keep him around for another year.
Can we please finally fire Dustin Schwartz.

Broberg drafted and developed by the Oilers. Broberg under 25. Kulak and Nurse were blockers- can’t trade Nurse- had to move Kulak. That how you get better.
