The Campbell signing and the Nurse signing killed this franchise. Two best players in the game and no success. Never been done before in 110 years of NHL hockey.

Florida is a good team. We are close but still have some gaping holes. Oil off season signings were not very good.

Been great chatting with many of you this year. Keeps the nights interesting during the long cold winter.

McDavid Leon and Bouch will cost a combined 17m or so more in a little over a year. McDavid and Leon has passed their prime, age wise atleast. Its only going to get harder, chances are pretty high we'll never see them in the finals again.

Having messed with things borderline near but not at steroid level and observing the changes I have a very hard time believing Bennett is/was not on something. Looking at how his face looked at the combine and not being able to do a pull-up at 18, he doesn't look like someone who should be able to grow the kind of playoff beard he now can.

What about the high stick that were never called you ass master. Sure whistle are put away. But they have to call black and white calls for sure. When they don't you know exactly why.

This team's future was determined last summer. It's going to take Herculean work to wrangle signing elites, wriggling out of any no-trade contracts in the Country for Old Men, positional upgrades. Short-term thinking has a very high cost.

This team needs well above average goaltender. They cheat for offense and are prone to slip into bad decisions and sloppy/low work rate in their own zone defending.

Not really in the mood to get into this, but I don't think it's a coincidence that Skinner looks like an NHL goalie when the D plays absolute mistake free in front of him, which no team should be expected to do

They cheat for offense when he's in net because they all grip their sticks too tight knowing they can't rely on saves

Thankfully, it should be a moot point as he will no longer be with the team, and is unlikely to have the journey that Dubnyk did afterwards. Skinner doesn't have the talent

The effort the last 2 games is what hurts the most.

Last year was a way different feeling. It hurt because I felt the Oilers should have won the Cup, this year it's just.....nothing really. Some disappointment but it's just a lot of apathy but I look at it like this is just hockey, it's just a game that we have no control over, I have loved ones in my life that really care me and who I really care about so it puts things in perspective at the end of the day and I hope the same for all of you.

Florida has now won back to back Stanley Cups with the "2 best players in the NHL." Time to build a team with heart and grit and less individual records and trophies

Couldn't disagree more with trading McDavid. Just bring in players who can execute properly and get an upgrade in net.
