defunct team logos (images) and alternate by sport as follows. A current member of management who once played can be used as a player.

5. other (soccer, boxing, golf, tennis, racing, Olympics, etc.)

...and then repeat what is above. It may be helpful to remind the next poster what should follow. For instance, if you post baseball, mention that basketball is next.
