Post-Game Talk: The Sieve We Know

Yup. Kinds can't feel that confident after this game

Unless the Oilers are dumb enough to start Skinner again
Unfortunately I'm still not even sure they figure it out. Schwartz will have his opinions.

its up to the players on this club to speak out and get what they want, Pickard in net. If I'm McD or DRai at this point I'm saying it.

Remember me mocking Skinner doing fist pumps getting a shutout in game 82 against an AHL level squad? McD didn't even look at him and turned away.

The only chance the Kings have is Skinner in net.

Get a goalie and learn to play defence and this team just might be onto something.

Fart noises.

Brown with under 5 minutes of ice time. FIVE. IN THE PLAYOFFS. If you have to shelter a guy, never mind a D, wtf is he even doing being dressed? You put the burden and onus on the rest of the D core, they push themselves and end up potentially making more mistakes as a result, and still lost. Sheltering a bloody beer leaguer in an NHL playoff game, in the first game to start off a series no less, when you had a better option in Dineen already there.

Nuge, J. Skinner, Hyman, Henrique, Podkolzin all MIA for the entirety of the game. Frederic at sub 10 min and a complete non-factor, though he gets a pass because of the high ankle sprain and being pushed back early because of injuries / a lack of options and depth.

Also, great job as usually not getting back to cover the trailer. Was it Drai?

We do this game in and game out.

You know you have a overweight sieve sloth in net. Why would you not make sure your guy is covered with 45 sec left?

They just cannot learn.
Bro was tired AF. We were pushing hard to tie the game and he's missed a bunch of games with injury. That goal should've never gone in.
