3 game win streak since Couture returned, although 2 of those wins were OT/SO and outshot in all 3. Nonetheless... 4-2-1 in the second half of the season.

14 games to the TDL. 7 of them are "winnable" against mediocre or bottom-dwelling teams including 2 against the Ducks.

After TDL, 20 games remain. 7 against CGY, CHI (2), MIN (2), CBJ, OTT.

Assuming Sharks win 50% of the winnable games and let's call it 20% of the harder games... that's a projection of 7+4=11 more wins, for a total of 24, and approx. 53 points. This would be the ~80th worst season all-time for points%. Bad, but not really historically bad.

Assuming TDL thins out the roster a bit or just don't steal games like the last 2, maybe we see another 10-game losing streak and that looks more like ~7 wins for ~44 points. Tied with the '98 Lightning for 34th worst season all time. Closer to historically bad, certainly memorable for the fanbase.

They're bad. If they're horror-bad, then so are the Ducks and Hawks. Will be a nailbiter for worst team overall with 4 games vs. Ducks+Hawks remaining.
