For this team, 1000%. Blake and him are a wash for me, but Jarmo has the better match personality-wise and more applicable experience.

It would be an upgrade in the way having cancer would be better than having rabies is. Blake is a franchise nepobaby who got his post entirely because of his playing career/association with the Kings and did a horrible job.

My reasons why we haven't heard anything:
1. Kevyn borrowed $70 from Terry to get a cool set of sunglasses he saw on ebay. Terry is deducting it from his next paycheck and thinks Kevyn will stiff him if he gets fired.
2. Kevyn was promoted to team president and is now in charge of finding the next GM. He's currently researching disguises and buying a burner phone in an attempt to get two paychecks from the Pegulas by hiring himself.
3. Kevyn was fired, but before Terry could contact PR, Kevyn contacted IT to get Terry's Iphone wiped shut off the the landlines at the arena as a cost saving measure. He gave everyone in PR four weeks paid vacation with instructions to "not check their email".
4. Kevyn knows that Terry borrows the Sabretooth suit for furry conventions and has kept copies of the cleaning bill(s).
5. Terry died shortly after last weeks draft and there is an active 'weekend at bernies' thing going on his superyacht.

Rabies and ALS are like my two biggest disease fears. Just absolutely brutal ways to go. Not that I have health anxiety, but sheesh...
Anyways, I guess I am signing up for cancer...
Not sure how that would distract the Amerks though?

Blake works for one of the best owners in the NHL, one that gives him unlimited money and stays away. He answers to nobody, inherited Kopitar Doughty and Kempe and hasn’t won a playoff series in his 9 years in charge.
If he was GMing under the same parameters as Adams I think the difference between them is negligible.

The last time the 1st overall pick was traded prior to the selection was 2003.
I think the FAR more likely scenario is that we take Schaefer and then trade Power and/or Byram (preferably AND).

How many can tell me how many people have been added to the Sabres hockey department since EEE?
How many players who played 40 games for the Sabres just 2 seasons ago are no longer on the team?
How do the Sabres compare with other NHL organizations in terms of nepotism, staff size and roster turnover?
Sometimes bad is just bad. The myth making that has grown up to fill the dead air around the Sabres failures is remarkable.

Nailed my experiences the last couple weeks, every time I open up this forum.
I’d officially walk away from the team if that was their strategy. Hanging their hopes on a rookie anything at this point would be nothing more than what has already got us here.
