an i crazy or did we see lines/pairings change for the better in the 3rd? fox with miller, laf on millers line, etc?
How come every game the rangers lose I have to hear about how they didn’t want it as much, they didn’t try, they didn’t put in the effort. Maybe all the people who said this team wasn’t that good for years despite all the wins they racked up because of goaltending and special teams were right about something. It’s amazing how the Rangers went from trying to not trying back to trying and are now not trying again. It’s all f***ing bullshit. Also as far as Igor, the league average save percentage is .901, I don’t know what some of you guys expect. It’s not 2012 when .900 meant you were an AHL level goalie. Sure he’s not perfect but the team in front of him f***ing sucks. He shouldn’t have been re-signed but that’s not his fault, it’s the terrible gm’s fault
Personally, I’m taking a Mika victory lap around my friends who were mad at me for hating on him the past couple seasons/playoffsI love Rangers fans that hate this team doing a victory lap. And yeah, this team sucks this year. And yes Igor is a big reason for it, but so has the rest of the team been. But I love your victory lap that you're doing so you can brag about how you've hated a team that had 107+ points for three straight seasons, including a Presidents' Trophy, and two ECFs. Congratulations, I guess.
I don’t hate the team, just the players and the GM.I love Rangers fans that hate this team doing a victory lap. And yeah, this team sucks this year. He’s like 3rd or 4th in the league in GSAx, like he is every year

I don't understand what you're trying to communicate sometimes.I love Rangers fans that hate this team doing a victory lap. And yeah, this team sucks this year. He's 7th, 24th in per 60
You spent the entirety of last season screaming about how the team wasn't as good as their record, my guy. It got to the point where i'd skip over your posts in PGTs b/c they were always the same. So don't get judgemental about people feeling the similar way this year man
I don't understand what you're trying to communicate sometimes.
he loses his job if Mika/Kreider/Igor/Fox don't like him. he is coaching to keep his job first and foremost. fire himLavi consistently rewarding poor play with big minutes and power play time. He does not have the set to sit the Vets.
Funny, true and sad.Even if there are an infinite number of universes, with an infinite number of possibilities, I'm sure the Rangers still suck in all of them.

Coaching to keep his job implies coaching to win. The Rangers aren’t going to tolerate a coach doing anything but doing what they can to win. And I don’t think this is all coaching.
The roster has fallen apart - we all see it as evidenced by this very thread. Is it Lav? Or have Kreider, Lindgren, Zibanejad, and Shesterkin sucking suddenly revealed the flaws in the team when 2/3 of your presumptive top line, 1/2 of your top D pair, and your highest ever paid 1G all collectively decline into ass at the same time? Because no team in hockey is going to look good in that scenario, and no Mike Keenan-esque coach is going to change a damned thing about it.
I know it’s easier to fire a coach than trade a team, but Drury, for all the vitriol directed at him, has clearly identified the issues with this team - and also believes it’s not one of coaching.
We should fire Lavi as well. Get rid of who you can, but Lavi hasn't earned it with the horrible season he's had this year. Mika and Kreider falling off the face of the earth should not have resulted in this ridiculous drop in play. He lost the room. And now if you look player by player, this roster is f***ing better than last year's. With honestly the biggest difference being Panarin and his friends. But we don't have a bunch of players Crosby's age. This is on Lavi as much as anyone.

Just like the last three coaches and staffs who failed to motivate and/or get this group to play with even a ounce of sincerity.Lavi needs to go, take his whole staff with him.
There's absolutely no accountability for the vets on this team, they've let the inmates run the asylum, time to change the coach and kick start this group and change the culture here. Paul maclean would be the ideal guy for us, I wonder if he'd come out of retirement.
So the coach is to blame for Kreider, Zibanejad, and Lindgren’s near predictable decline, Panarin deciding he wants to play like it’s the post season for the entire year, and Shesty forgetting his job is to stop the puck, not watch it?
I’m not going to say Lav is the best coach in history. But most of the people on this board have been screaming this was coming for a decade over four coaches. Lav is just the one unfortunate enough to be stuck holding the bag when it finally came true.
Theres only so much blame Lav deserves, and he does deserve some....but at some point it's the players who have to look themselves in the mirror and realize this is all on them.Their uninspired, lazy, soft play for nearly 2 months is on every single 1 of them. They made their bed and now they have to lie in itWe should fire Lavi as well. Edit: I should say the biggest difference from the players not mentioned turning into ECHLers. But if Lavi put Mika and Kreider to the third line, it's not any worse than the third line we had last year with a bad 4th line center on it in Bonnino.

Igor should have stats among the top of the league. I don’t care what the number is but relative to his peers he should be among the best based on how he’s paid and he’s not even close. How come every game the rangers lose I have to hear about how they didn’t want it as much, they didn’t try, they didn’t put in the effort.
