HF Wrestling...what do you want to talk about?
I'm reminded how 8 years ago HandsomeHollywood walked into this competition as a complete unknown - a complete nobody. Outlaw Hart was an excellent show but the veterans of the draft = the ollllllld timers they told him "
hey kid, it can't hold a CANDLE to Sting vs The Undertaker. You should probably just lay down for the great Emperor." WE have not ... forgotten.
Or how about when this draft was dead and buried, when people spoke of REVOLUTIONTH and CHANGE it was just that - it was lip service. When it comes to talking the talk HandsomeHollywood is "
not about that life" as this generation likes to say, he walks the walk. He stepped up when it seemed like there was no way we could continue. You know why HandsomeHollywood won't turn heel and walk away? Because you all signed up for his drafts when he thought no one would! When he needed it the most!
I am gone 1 year and what do I see? What kind of talent is hanging around this place? Once again,
@JackSlater starting the discussion thread war all over again. I know CH isn't the sharpest tool in the shed and flaps his gums a lot but I don't need to see anyone beat the developmental in round 1 again.
Some people showing great speed and strength with their picks. I know we aren't in the business of renaming people here like Victoire HuGo or whatever it is, but if you're going to walk into the HF Wrestling Draft and call yourself
@MVP of West Hollywd then you have some
balls.
You're going to see another GM. One of the longest tenured here. A GM named
@GKJ. A man who's hung 2 losses on my name and I haaaaaaaaaaate losing. Word to the wise for you GKJ.
@les Habs has some of the strongest write ups in the business. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Week after week, with each pick HH tears up. He comes here to make selections in front of the same audience, year after year because he wants to be
somebody! And only with the help of HH can I, or any of us become somebody, whoever makes it to the finals. Legacy is a funny thing. All HH wanted to do was win the draft you all took from him. That was a goal then, time flies. HH has had a lot of fun. When HandsomeHollywood and Cody Rhodes finish the script, he's going to walk away into that sunset. The sun will set on us, the sun will set on HH, and the sthun will set on the HF Wrestling Draft
FOREVER.
