Is there nuclear "fallout" from using nuclear power as a source of energy? I think there would be. One has to store nuclear waste and dispose of it somewhere, even if it's under the ocean. There is also a documentary on the thriving of the Chernobyl area in regards to the health of their ecosystem, which I found surprising. Nevertheless, this was another interesting perspective on the matter for me.

aside from hydro electric. nuclear is the safest most efficient cleanest power system ever invented.

the hundreds of pounds of toxic waste they produce in a year are easily stored in abandoned mines
vs the billions of tons of carbon coal and oil produce.
