WWE has somehow figured out how to get a younger audience to start watching their shows.

All three shows up YOY in the demo.

Ehh, it's not really all that surprising. They finally are building entertaining characters and involving them in week to week storylines that leave people wanting to see where it goes next.

Far cry from the two decades of a senile old man's ADHD bullshit.

No one can argue that point...

Tuesday’s post-Heatwave episode scored a 0.24 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 656,000 viewers per PW Torch. Those numbers were up a hefty 60% and 21% respectively from previous week’s 0.15 demo rating and audience of 542,000.

The show’s demo rating and audience were the best since the June 18th episode had a 0.26 and 724,000 viewers.

NXT is averaging a 0.191 demo rating and 646,000 viewers in 2024 to date, compared to a 0.151 demo rating and 602,000 viewers for the same time period in 2023.

AEW actually did quite well. Typically, they're barely beating out NXT, but they crushed em this week.

Eh, NXT had baseball All-Star game going on at the same time pulling huge numbers. Difference might have been smaller without it.

The numbers were on par with what they normally are. The MLB Allstar game isn’t a major factor. AEW whooped them this week, though they had to deliver PPV main event matches to do so.

All the articles are bringing it up. It had well over 7 million viewers.

While Hendry's absence from programming may have been a factor, the All-Star Game will receive most of the blame for "NXT's" small dip. The summertime staple, which aired on Fox, drew a strong 7.44 million viewers and 1.58 in 18-49, easily topping the night on both Network TV and cable.

NXT aired opposite Major League Baseball’s All-Star Game this week, and that had 7.44 million viewers and a 1.58 18-49 rating for FOX. The 2023 episode that competed with the ASG drew an identical rating, but did have 61K more viewers.

The show aired head-to-head with the MLB All-Star Game, which averaged nearly 7.5 million viewers on Fox and drew a 1.58 rating in 18-49.

As compared to the same week in 2023, which was also against the All-Star Game, NXT’s overall viewership was down 18.2 percent while its 18-49 rating was down 4.8 percent.

I don't watch AEW much by why such a huge increase in ratings this week compared to last week?

It was only down 46K. Either way, AEW crushed them this week.
