OT: The PUPPY THREAD

I appreciate the fact that they allow me to sleep in bed with them

Kitten almost always is in bed before me, and when the guy in my avi was still around, he would follow her up and lay on my side. Willow usually does the same.

The difference is he was a spaz who would immediately get up and move with a nudge. Willow is dead weight. I can slide my legs under her and I don't even know if she wakes up.

I'm all for the dog pile. I've never had a dog that didn't sleep on the bed. But the picture you posted looks great for a lazy Sunday morning and absolutely horrible for sleep lol, at least for me. Can't do the mummy sleep. It drives me nuts.

My boy rotates between on the bed( more for look out of the window) and under the bed …. His safety spot and real conk out zone

So kinda curious….. how are the coyotes back east? I live in North East Portland in a very residential area but they are everywhere chasing rabbits. At first I would only see them in the middle of the night but these guys are everywhere now

My only experience with them is in the Catskills. Around there they seem to stay as hidden as possible. I've seen maybe 2 or 3 in 20 years but have heard them at night many times. Those Portland coyotes are getting mighty courageous.

I’ve never actually seen anyone bring anybody across the border, but I have heard stories.

Yeah they don’t care anymore. And the cougars are coming down too… not into Pdx but the suburbs/towns are dealing with it.

My sister lives in Glens Falls which is a gateway to the Adirondacks but she isn’t having a problem either: was just curious but damn I’m about to be locked and loaded if they f*** with Bernie

Curious… what is the joke?
A coyote can either be a vicious small animal that’s mistaken for a harmless doglike animal or a person that runs people across the border.
The entity in question was clearly the animal, and on the north west part of the country, where as I responded to “hearing” the non animal variant in the north east portion of the country. You know, the part incredibly close to the border.

Wile E. Coyote is not the GOAT of all cartoon characters. He's above that. He's the Jordan. He's the standard. Put some respect on his name.

Also, don't know much about their activities in this area. We have more Fox than coyotes.

They’re fine, thanks for asking.

Caught this visitor to my front yard on my game camera when I was living in Maine

Whoa that’s a big boy. It depends where I go but I normally have a pistol. Mtn lions are my biggest worry with Bernie but they tend to stay away. I have never come across a bear and would like to keep it thst way
