Pionk seriously gets outmuscled out there like he’s a high school player or something.

See it’s not just the size, Looks at a guy like Torrey Krug, he is small but thick like a fire hydrant out there, barely gets moved around. He’s too scrawny at his size and doesn’t have the balance or low center of gravity to make up for it.

I was hoping to see him be taught some strategies for positioning. Surely, top coaches should be able to help Pionk on that.

I would’ve like to have seen Lias play with Chytil and Kreider instead of Howden. Howden has gotten chances with skill players like that all season, give Lias a chance with skill guys instead of a checking role.


Oh and I feel like Fast-Strome-Namestnikov would be a really good 3rd line on a good team.
