Honestly, if they end up at 4, is Brady Tkachuk worse than the cluster of players that are projected at #3-7? I'm not sure. It's really #1 or #2. I still think Ottawa should have given #4 last year, but they took their chance. Hoping it burns them.

I mean hindsight and all but looking back and they gave up either #4 or #1... That organization over the last 2-3 years has just been something else.
