Everyone thinks Quinn is overslotting Pionk, but if it's a mistake it's a really small one.

It isn't that it's overslotting but the argument is being made that he is playing in place of a superior player.

You could make that argument for 75% of the guys playing defense though.

The ****ing lack of awareness or situational decision making is beyond baffling. I said it the other night. Team thinks too slow. And too poorly.

This is by a million miles the biggest problem and honestly why I think there's max. 5 guys on the roster right now who will be there in 2 years.

TBH I think there was a much better chance of a goal with Zucc passing than shooting on one of those plays. Wouldn't have backed him to score at all, about 50/50 he got it to Zbad and if he had, it's almost certainly a goal.

that might be true if they get those opportunities regularly. This team doesn't have the sniper skills to pass up those kinds of chances....especially when you are getting shutout by the likes of Edison, NJ's finest product since old Tom Edison.

Didn't Gretzky say that you cant score if you don't shoot (or some3thing to that effect). Shoot and crash the net is our best bet....
