Our defense is so bad and it's not even necessarily the defense.

We have so many forwards who are awful at it either because they're too young or too awful at ice hockey.

I think the forward play in the D zone might be worse than the defensman’s play. I think our group of D could be at the very least somewhat league average.

But the forwards are just so bad. Aside from Mika, Kreider, Namestnikov and Fast, what other forward on this team can reliably be in the right place and cover the right people ? Strome maybe? That’s about it.
