Really nice to have KJ lead the way in scoring for Marchenko's first game back. Especially doing it early, took some pressure off of Marchenko and his line as he adjusts.

I mean it was 1 game and like 8 years since his last NHL game. Probably not an NHL'er permanently but the guy could get a little slack for the situation of not being up to NHL game speed.

Was a great game to go for my first at Nationwide! The kids looked great, Provorov played really well, and Labate did fine for not playing at this level much. Good to see Jenner back and seeing Johnny's little guy put his hands up while everyone sang happy birthday was a cool moment.

I’d be ok with acquiring Jones with some retention but he should never be considered a leader here with his choices last time.
