4Nations came at a perfect time for us with the injuries. (And also, though we ended with two home games, I think we were still in recovery mode a bit from the travel out west, then across Cbus to Buffalo then back. Plus we only had one player at the tournament; most teams had at least two. And while it’s obviously a huge bummer and I wish it didn’t happen, it’s just a fact that one of our major WC competitors suffered a huge loss to injury.)

With the cavalry returning from IR and a perfect opponent to start this stretch run (terrible opponent at home on a Saturday night)… let’s get it rolling tonight.

Unlike many, I wouldn’t be extremely against the Jones reunion if we can get him with retained contract. Jones - Werenski would be incredible.
