This is why you start resting guys late in the season when you pretty much locked up your spot. This chase to win the Metro is not worth it. Start resting players before the second season starts.

I can't see how it's him being wrong ......someone is not communicating to him.
I'm on board with resting guys but you can't just not play half of the team for the final two weeks. Guys want to be fit and in form heading into the playoffs.

couldn't even get Turk to talk to the trainers and give us a sense of how serious the injury is. Update tomorrow. Will assume he's dead and McKegg is going to be back and Hunt is going to be on the 2nd line. Maybe this will reunite 10-16-24.

With Hartford’s season probably over Sunday, the guys we already healthy scratch, I would probably just mix and match some guys out for the Montreal and Caps games, still think Igor should start two more though.

I said it in the game thread, but it bears repeating: Strome needs to get his shit together with the lazy stick and obstruction penalties. Blatant slashes and hooks and holds get called in the playoffs. You can get away with a lot physicality wise and with hard solid plays but lazy slashes and hooks are easy calls for the refs in the playoffs.
Strome needs to realize everything is so important in the playoffs. If you're taking a penalty you really need to make sure it's worth it. A lazy neutral zone hook or a offensive zone slash cannot happen. A few of these lazy penalties from Strome could lose us a playoff series.

If Copp doesn't play saturday we basically have one guy we got at the TDL who will be in the lineup.
It's great to see this team play so well at the right time but I can't get excited until next Friday at 10pm when we hopefully have a full squad going into the playoffs.

The walk from the arena to the parking lot / Elmont station is not that bad at all especially in the spring. If you have mobility issues or if it’s below 32° and icy/snow then yeah, it’s a problem.
