That's such a bogus PI, I don't think Austin was going to get to that ball. I thought Pickett overthrew him.

But hey I'll take it.

It is really nice that Pickett and Johnson seemingly have more chemistry this year. They were really not on the same page last year at all but they both seem to be much more in tune this year than last year.
 
The field looks like it's in pretty bad shape right now, Johnson slipped on that 3rd down in the endzone now Boswell just blew a tire on the kickoff.
 
Seems like our guys are slipping more than theirs though.

Not getting 7 there was clearly going to bite them in the ***. Need this third down stop.

54 yards on 13 carries isn't even particularly special for the Etienne but man I wish the Steelers could get that kind of running production in a half.
 
Remember when people blamed DJ not scoring a td last season on DJ and not the QB who can't throw 5 yard routes over the middle accurately?

He should have gone to Pitt lol.
 
Pickett sucks, but he is one of many problems with this offense. Going to be winning the turnover battle 2-0 and down by 2 possessions at the half, with the Jags starting with the ball.

I find it bizarre that you only shit talk Pickett for being awful yet defend Harris, who has 8 rushing yards on 4 carries in the first half.

There’s also the OL, to be fair. Jacksonville has one of the best run D’s and one of the worst pass D (with injuries) but this team isn’t designed to really take significant advantage over any defense.

I find it bizarre that people have blamed everybody but Kenny for every bad play he has made in his career.

Warren has 4 yards on 3 carries. My argument has always been that people who think swapping Warren in for Harris will make the running game work are delusional.

Yeah I agree with that, the OL stinks too. As does Canada's play calling.

I've been beating this drum for a while, but I fundamentally don't understand how people focus on one aspect of the offense and just scream about how awful that one aspect is. The entirety of it sucks.
