The defense...big yikes. Is Fitzpatrick the glue? If it wasn't for Packers drops they could have been scored on every drive. The secondary is so bad and the obscenely high-priced pass rushers only got home once.

Well.. with Fitzpatrick out, there's only one guy making over 5m in the secondary, and that's Peterson who shouldn't be. You get what you paid for.

It amazes me that Tomlin says "we don't live in our fears" , when all he does is coach in his fears on both sides of the ball. Rarely blitzes on D, so that when they do the timing is never right.

That drive was killed by Cole's holding penalty, Harris had a nice run that was negated out by that.

LT is the more pressing need but they also need to upgrade at C, Cole just doesn't cut it.

I'm not defending it but they probably know they can't survive 1 or 2 turnovers from the offense. The offense isn't good enough to take chances.
