Josh Harris promoted from practice squad. Have no idea what he would offer. Due is absolutely jacked from his Wake Forrest pics. Knock on wood for good health for Bell the rest of the way.

Glad Blount is gone. Early into the season, a Steelers beat writer was on the FAN and he mentioned that Blount was a negative guy to the media, and he felt that was rubbing off on Bell. He said that he could see a change in the way Bell began to act to the media, from the previous year, and felt that influence was due to him hanging out with Blount.

Guy just seems like bad news.

I agree Blount was a bad influence on Bell and I don't have a problem with them getting rid of the guy after his selfish act last night.

I think we all can agree that Blount is just an idiot. That said, he is a talented idiot. Our backfield depth now is beyond underwhelming. They better hope Bell can stay healthy.

Loved hearing Pouncey rip Blount. You can see why Pouncey is one of the better young leaders on this team, imo.

Yeah, Blount has more talent than brains. I do, however, agree that he was under utilized. No reason why he couldn't see more carries and keep Bell fresher. At this rate, Bell is going to be run into the ground in 3-4 years time. The guy sees a ton of touches. Having another complementary back who can really carry some mail would be a huge aid to Bell. Not saying it has to be Blount, but I'd like to see another really solid complementary back brought in.

blount didnt really impress me much aside from that 1 game.

cant help to remember him losing 7-8 yards to the jets at the 1 yard line. he needed to use his big body there, not go east and west.

i didnt mind them using blount when we were ahead and trying to kill clock. but when the game is close or on the line, no reason to see bell substituted for on an Important 3rd and 1 or 3rd and goal. he's a much better player with his dual threats

back up RBs shouldnt be hard to find. if harris isnt the maybe find one late in next years draft

Bengals Ravens Browns are all road underdogs, hopefully we get some help today and tomorrow.

Its also a nice little advantage having the Saints play a physical Baltimore team on a Monday night while the Steelers will be coming off there bye next week.

And here I thought Tomlin was a horrible clock manager. Mike Smith single handedly gave that game to the Browns. Calls a TO with 55 seconds left down by two and in FG range? 3rd and 2 and he opts for a pass play to potentially stop the clock?

Atlanta fans must be raging right about now.

Really surprising how much Atlanta has fallen off the past couple of years. Seems like the skill positions are still good with Matt Ryan, Roddy White and Julio Jones but a few people have told me they are terrible on the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. I guess that's their issue. They were a big time Super Bowl contender just a couple of years ago though.

Yeah, that has been surprising to me too. I've never been a huge fan of Matt Ryan though. I thought he was super overhyped.

Blount with 2 scores. Imitates Antonio Brown's touchdown dance.

Looks like Kansas City will sign DE Nick Williams off the Steelers practice squad. Teams seem to love raiding our practice squad for some reason.

That Odell Beckham Jr. catch last night was insane. One of the best catches I've ever seen.

The Blount situation kind of irks me. The guy was supposed to be punished but he really wasn't. He got to go to a better team and his new contract even pays him more money. He had to go at some point but I think the Steelers may have been better off suspending him instead of letting him go to a better team for more cash.

I did get a kick out of Belichick's accountability. You bench Jonas Gray yesterday for being an idiot and replace him with Blount who just got in trouble for acting like an even bigger idiot.

Yeah, Beckham's catch was incredible. I don't think he caught the ball if he didn't wear gloves.

I have always been a fan of the Chiefs. I don't know why. I think it's because I just love how ridiculous their stadium gets when the team is playing well.

I got to go to a MNF game a few seasons ago when they beat the Chargers in OT. I'm not even a Chiefs fan, but that was probably the most fun I've ever had at a sporting event. It was wild.
