Eh. I like draft grades. Not only are they a good way of measuring which analyst actually has a clue - not that I can actually be bothered, but I like knowing it's there - but it's also a decent way of measuring just how much a draft class was DoA and how much it was mismanaged in the development phase. Not perfect, but it gives you an idea.
I do also like the Too Early mocks. They are, well, too early, but it's nice to have a list of who to pay attention to. And, much as that jab at people just using High School grades tickles me, I do accept @WickedWrister's point there's a decent amount of carry through.
