Raiders pass on Sanders again. They do have pick #68 but god damn

I know they’ve been rumored to be considering it, but it just seems like it’d be a weird move after trading for and extending Smith.

I can’t see Sanders being a good soldier for 3 years waiting to start.

Again, they're not drafting Milroe as a QB project just to draft another QB next year. That completely defeats the purpose of drafting Milroe.
Why Milroe is an elite runner nothing else. He is 2 years away from being in the hurts discussion. Your drafting him like Tennessee did wilth with Willis then drafted Levis

There is zero purpose in drafting Milroe if you're going to pull the plug on him at QB a year later. Again, it makes drafting him completely pointless.

Oh wow that's a huge reach by Denver, that makes me worried about how the RB class is going to pan out. Harvey at #60 is about 50 spots higher than he was projected to go at.

Makes me think they may have to use #83 on a RB because a lot of guys could go by #123.

Green seems like a really good player but the Ravens PR staff is gonna be earning its money. Gonna be interesting if they discipline Tucker and then act like taking Green is no big deal.

Kaleb Johnson is still around no? I would have wanted him in round 2…would be a steal in round 3.

You are not getting a 1st for Pickens. Not happening. He is a big mystery box of potential because of how the QB situation has been in Pittsburgh. Not his fault, just reality. So there hasn’t been enough to show Pickens could be a premier player. Does he have the potential? Sure. But that’s magic beans. And if you are into magic beans land just draft a guy yourself you have on your draft board rather than taking another persons guy.

How you can find many WR’s in the 2nd and 3rd rounds I would be very cautious at ever trading away a 1st round pick for any receiver established talent or not unless I was utterly convinced to the point of as a hypothetical GM putting my job on the line that this player was THE piece we needed to be pushed up into top 4-5 team contention.

Long and short of it is you are not getting a 1st for Pickens. Unless he was far more established and the team trading for him believed he was the sole available solution.
Then it’s best to keep him IMO because his production and value to the team is far above what he’d return in a trade. Having two #1 WRs is a blessing.

Just clicking through remaining guys, there are about 10-15 guys that would look like great picks at 83, and at least a couple should make it there. Pretty exciting. A couple highly graded CBs, Milroe or Sanders, couple decent DT to double up and solve it for good. I feel like an immediate contributor and eventual productive starter could be achieved quite easily.

Yeah Thomas at CB is surprisingly still available, I know they don't need a CB as much as a RB or QB but I'd be damn tempted to jump on him if he's still there at #83.

Have to image we take a CB if Howie is sold on the player. We need a TE, but the field is thin.
