I honestly don't know if they want to give up Pickens. They are going to bring in Rodgers and this will be probably the best team we have had in a long time if we can stop the run.

Eh...This team is in disarray, once again.

You have two almost identical WRs. One of whom will pout like a child, because the other is getting all of his targets AND money.

You still don't have a QB that can throw to them, and the ones that are available are highly flawed.

The just lost their best run stopping LB.

Cut their other run stopping DE. (Admittedly he's not worth the money- but who are you putting in his DE position?)

Anyway- what a joke.

Rodgers wants too much money…guarantee they end up cycling back to Russ and Rudolph lol…honestly, they should just go with Rudolph and Winston and pick someone in the draft high next season

I’d have no problem with them just punting on next season at this point. I was intrigued enough with Fields where I wanted them to give him every opportunity to prove himself but every other option is just varying levels of “Who cares”

Rodgers wanting too much money will be the sole thing that keeps this team from doing something monstrously stupid

I'd rather trade for Milton to be Wilson's backup than sign Rudolph, but whatever. Just don't bring in Rodgers.

I think the brought in Metcalf as a last ditch effort/insurance policy with Pickens. Basically giving him a player that by all accounts works his ass off, but also kind of hanging a carrot in front of him like...we don't need you (even though we do).

Why did we acquire Metcalf if are “punting” on this upcoming season. Khan has had two horrendous off seasons.
They needed another wr they got a 27 year old locked up for 5 years. It’s not anything different than if they traded for aiyuk and extended him last season. The need for weapons is separate from whoever is Qb

To be fair, with the crappy Tomlin forced offense who cares who the quarterback is?

I just wonder why they paid so much for a wide receiver that stretches the field when to Tomlin stretching the field means throwing an entire five yards down field.
Except the only thing srW did well was the deep moon ball

I don’t think they want RW back it’s why they called mason

I’m all for how the off-season is going. Pay a guy like Rudolph and Allen to be your QBs. Draft a guy in the 4th-7th round, like Shough.

Keep the compensatory pick train going. Have a crap season and then draft a QB next season.

Nothing wrong with that approach and it is honestly what they should be doing.

All the quarterback options had warts.

And still signed for enormous contracts.

Maybe Khan was right to wait for whoever was left to sign.

They will certainly have warts.

But, at least you are not paying them an enormous contract.

Well if the rumor of 2/90 ask is true negotiations never started.

I can't believe the Steelers somehow are getting more unlikable if Aaron Rodgers signs.

Would be like if Dubas traded for Kane.

I was at that game in Atlanta where Crosby allegedly punched Kane in the balls.

You couldn't tell from where I was sitting.

My Thrasher season ticket holder coworker was outraged the next day.
