Because it feels like what they'll do.

They'll rationalize it because they'll get Adams and Rodgers as a package deal, since Adams wants to play with Rodgers. Then they'll go 10-7 again as it becomes super obvious that Rodgers is washed up and they just repeat last year all over again.

Why he couldn’t separate when he was healthy as a charger. He was the 4th option on the jets before Adams arrived none of the guys traded mid season really showed anything at their new teams. Khan traded for him out of desperation

Why couldn't Van Jefferson separate even though he got a billion snaps?
Williams did more in 1/15 of snap counts than VJ did and Williams caught nearly every ball thrown to him.

Jefferson got the snaps because he can kinda block. The issue is that other teams knew that and just stacked the line when he was in there because he couldn't separate. and they knew if he was in there they were going to run.

I have no doubt that they will have a better #2 and #3 going into next season. Even if they keep GP, they will need to draft someone to take his place after next season. When I say take his place, I mean to add to the WR room, not necessarily replace him specifically. CAIII is also a UFA after next season.
