Ooh big fight, big fight.

I will repeat what I believe I said two pages before -

The most important thing about this story isn't that it's true, but that a lot of people hear it and go "sounds about right".
Exactly.

Does it matter whether it's true or not? We all have seen it. So, it is an issue.

all of a sudden, after a decade in the league, teams figured out wilson?

yeah, not buyinh that. maybe if he was able to change the plays like in the first cincy game, he would have had more options on where to go with the ball.
He got figured out in Denver too, did you miss those two years? Steelers were able to mask his weaknesses for a few games against bad teams but better teams took advantage

The biggest difference in that cincy game was the dump off to Najaee and Warren over 200 yards yac because they were left alone

Just in case the situation seemed unclear enough already...

Also re all the stuff about Wilson's weaknesses and teams figuring him out -

Yeah, he's a very flawed QB at this point. Has been for a few seasons. But, much as Payton wanted to throttle him, he was still able to get a functional offence out of relying mostly on Wilson's arm. Whatever happened, i don't think Smith and the Steelers stymied a genius or ought with Wilson, but going run heavy wasn't their only option. Just the option they preferred despite being a bit shit at it.

I stand by Russ not being finished, but he definitely needs to be in the right situation to succeed these days. I think the Falcons could be a good spot for him. I also think ATL is the best place for Shadeur. They would be good together.

I also think he could be a big help to Richardson in Indy. And Indy can compete.

The article mentions it, but Glazer is as close to Tomlin as any reporter out there so if he’s saying stuff, I trust it more than most other reporters.

I love the part about this team preparing for the Super Bowl though. What do they have to prepare? Their menus for a Super Bowl party?

Atlanta has Penix. They aren't taking Shadeur.

I think Sam signs with Indy they are ik a very winnable division. Pennix is better than Shadeur

It wasn’t really a functional offense. He lead the league in sacks. It was a lot of him and Sutton like here with GP. He had 400 less yards here and 10 less tds

Of course JP is going to defend Tomlin:

- His kid is currently on the roster
- Their kids went to the same HS. It's why Porter had a job in the 1st place.

This poster always goes to the matt for Tomlin. It's always the players' fault even though an entire roster has essentially been turned over.

There’s a reason RW might not have a home next season

I mean Khan can prefer neither but what other options are there? It's one of those two plus Darnold, that's really about the only options they have.

I guess neither puts Khan in a lowest bidder situation.

Which, judging from some of the media reports, maybe will mean neither and getting Zach Wilson or something.

Do you want to make another avatar bet on that?
RW will CERTAINLY be signed somewhere next season. He will not be on his couch when training camp starts. Book it.
Where do you think he signed at Denver and Pittsburgh dumped him he is going to be 37 next season and losing even more athleticism

Dulac says Najee might be back kinda interesting

RW can easily handle AT LEAST backup role at this point in his career.

Avatar bet or no?

To me Milroe = Justin Fields

And that's probably why Vegas will want to use a high pick on him and have him sit behind Wilson. Fields was drafted like 10th overall right?

I think Tomlin legitimately loves Milroe but I don't think Milroe lasts until their 2nd. I just really hope they don't go full stupid and use their 1st on him.
