OT: The Pittsburgher Thread: Kansas City Swifts vs Philly Eagles

I'm desperately trying to rationalize the Steelers needing Ty Warren. I really do believe that is your Gronk 2.0. Bowers is a Tony Gonzalez. I think they are going to be the top TEs next year.

Doing some stats analysis from last season - Pat Freiermuth is an atrocious run blocker. Bottom 10 in the league.

The lesson that should be taken from the Eagles is that you build from inside out. Football is constantly evolving, but that's a constant.

The Eagles had an Aaron Donald quite literally fall in their laps. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. Pittsburgh sports in general needs one of those right now, but I think Hillbilly Prince got our last Golden Goose and he's going to totally FUBAR it.

Where's that stat from? Not that I feel particularly skeptical.

I'll stick up a lot for Muth's season as a receiver which I think hasn't got the praise it deserves, but trying to play smashmouth football with a primary TE who is basically a receiver is a tough one. But I'll be surprised if Washington ever becomes a meaningful route runner. No complete TE is tough. They've got a lot of other needs and it feels like historically, projecting 1st round TEs is a shit show, but I'll buy the desire any day.
