Here comes the excuses brigade
You’re the one ignoring statistics and pushing shitty narratives

To answer your question, yes the Steelers drop more games to lesser opponents than similar teams. I remember seeing a graphic about it not long ago. It's significant
You chose the raiders who hired Gruden who has no business coaching and you chose cowboys who hired a yes man.A team having loyalty to their HC does not prove anything. If either of these guys had gotten jobs with the Raiders or Cowboys they’d probably be coordinators in college football right now

Gruden has way more experienced than Clown. He also has more experience as a coordinator. In fact if not for him Clown Shoes never gets on Minnesota
Gruden hasn’t won a playoff game since 2002
He was out of the league for how many years? And despite losing to LA he is looking like he made a nice team in Vegas. He completely made Tomlin look like a fool week 2
Google is hard. He’s coached 9 complete seasons since his last playoff win. Only two appearances since the SB. Talk about a fake sharp.

Yet you'll ignore he was in Oakland with that organization. Put Jibba Jabba there and see how that works
6 of those years were with Tampa… For someone who claims Tomlin has a lot of excuse makers, you sure are capping for Gruden a lot.
Gruden had Brad Johnson as QB. I think that was part of the down fall there (back then) was having a Brad at his age, who did well but then after the SB falling off a cliff. And Chris Simms was too young carry it forward.
I'm not sleeping on Gruden now that he finally has a QB
You made 3 excuses in this post. Gruden has had Carr ever since he returned to coaching.
I actually found something that says the Steelers have a 24-5 record since week 10 of 2016 against teams with a sub .500 record. I’m not sure if that’s actually true but I feel like that’s probably in line with similar teams.
Again not an excuse but I feel like that point can get overblown sometimes.
He has had Carr since he came back to coaching his only super bowl was against his former team taking over for dungy. He had Gannon in OaklandGruden had Brad Johnson as QB. 2012-2016 from Steel city insider
Tomlin's record vs losing teams since 2012
2012: 3-4
2013: 3-4
2014: 3-4
2015: 2-3
2016: 1-1
That is a combined record against losing teams over the last 5 seasons of 12-16.

Good find. Yeah I mean definitely a bad stretch. Here’s something for a few years ago so not up to date:
Crunching the Numbers: Tomlin vs. inferior opponents, Ben out west, and second-down play calling
But those numbers really aren’t bad at all. Again I can’t imagine that number is significantly worse than other coaches.
There’s a reason why they paid 2 1st for him. Ben Will not even pass it forward on 4th downKiller instinct by the Rams.
16-14 with 7 mins left. Tomlin would go run, run, pass punt and hand it over to the D to win.
Alas, Stafford goes 5 for 5 and they increase the lead.
