We would have been better with Rudolph and the money to keep at least one good player on D that we lost because of Ben's cap hit.
The o-line would still suck.

A shame. Tomlin should have thrown the challenge flag even though its not reviewable just to call additional attention to it.

If we had dumped Ben and used that cap to sign some vets to help the lads on the o-line and have some solid mentors there we'd be better. Ben is just awful and they're catering to him and it's what is looking like shit even with the offense. And if people really hate Rudolph...like sure, get Heinicke or whomever. Or Haskins. IDC.
I think next year's team will surprise people with a modicum of QB athleticism, an improved OL and some secondary help.

Considering you can’t challenge under 2 minutes that would have done nothing but make Tomlin look stupid
Isn't that just for the 4th quarter? Either way, you can't challenge penalties.
Then he takes a penalty and GB has a first down.

I think a qb that isn't stiff like a corpse with some vets to help the youth would be different enough to be better than this trash. The o-line would still suck.

It's atrocious. I know mate. You really seem to under appreciate how bad the o-line is.
