So who is that other than Detroit? People need to stop trying to be miserable. It was a good win despite some bad breaks. Enjoy it.
Philly qualifies as well I suppose

As someone said earlier, what happens against a team with a good offense but also a decent defense?

Probably bad things but I will enjoy today, and maybe have a little hope that they can elevate. There's a lot of ways for a good defence to tear it all to pieces, but there is some genuine quality.

Ok one more weird stat.. AKA the Bengals effect ™️

Even beyond just being bad, the Bengals defence matches up really badly with the Steelers i.e. they can't stop the run. I'm really curious to see what that team does about it next off-season.

In terms of winning games, I will have ambiguous feelings if/when Harris leaves. In terms of him being a dude and highlights tho, it'll suck.

Outstanding game from Wilson. He was really hitting people in stride today and also reduced the time he held onto the ball in the pocket. Must have been seeing the field extra well given that he connected with 10 different receivers!

Harris had a really good game as well. Reminded me of his rookie season when he was a more equally balanced receiving RB. No reason he shouldn’t be getting 4 or 5 passing targets/game.

TJ is Superman. Najee is running his ass off. I'd be comfortable if they paid him, but I wouldn't be comfortable with anything new what top backs make. That play where the OL pushed Najee into the endzone was a beautiful site. Russ is not perfect, but he does come through. I love that they are using Fields as the closer also. Even little wins like that for him just builds his confidence.

Skowronek is a great depth WR. He made some noticeable plays/blocks. Austin is a perfect #4 WR/Ret.

Herbig is the next great Steelers defensive player, I think. He has a look about him that I have seen before. He has to be one of my favorite players in a long time.

I'd really like to flip Pickens at the draft. One of the great talents, but he cannot stop shooting himself in the foot.

Porter got humbled.

Elliot is very seriously one of the best pick up's here I can remember. They absolutely need defensive line help. Luckily this draft lines up absolutely perfectly for them.

Non-losing season. Let's see if they let the foot off the gas.

When is it Diontae?

Kind of analyzing some stats - this defense really hasn't been getting to the QB like they have in the past. Currently ranked in the middle of the pack in terms of sacks. It will help getting Highsmith back involved. But if that number can ramp up the last handful of games, they could really choke out some teams.

This team is tough to evaluate because there is a lot of unrealized potential, but with a lot of these guys, we are getting to the point where the potential needs to realize or they are what they are. Najee had a really strong game today. I'd pay the guy we saw today. He ran really tough.

Bengals are soft though. It's not a big surprise.

Right now, I feel like I've made my final judgment on Harris and I don't think it's going to change through the bad games and the good. I like a lot about him. I love Harris highlights. I think he gets too much shit for what goes on in front of him and not enough credit for his ability after contact.

But he's got a huge fatal flaw in that a team that can get to him very quickly will discover he does not have the acceleration and shiftiness to escape and still do stuff. Which means you regularly see the days where he just gets stuffed and it kills drives.

A team that wants Harris has to commit to stopping that from happening. Have a great line. Embrace the power stuff he does well. I think the Steelers' talent and scheme isn't doing that.

It wouldn't be a disaster to keep him. He could go off big somewhere else and make this team look stupid if he goes. But, in balance, I am at peace with the idea of him going.

They just are not getting (enough) help from their coaching in terms of scheme when other teams adjust or game plan for (especially) TJ. Yes, of course, at some point players have to "make plays," but skilled deployment can help with the consistency.
