The issue with Harris is that a RB taken in the 1st round shouldn't need terrific OL play to be effective.

Harris is at under 4 yards per carry over his career and the Steelers spent a 1st rounder on him. Harris is a NFL caliber RB, but he's absolutely not worth the 1st they used on him. Conner was better in his last season with the Steelers than Harris has been so far.

At what point is Canada going to start calling more aggressive plays?

Again, if your QB is over an 80% completion% and you're still struggling to score, that's a sign you need to start calling more aggressive pass plays. It doesn't matter if your QB is hitting on 100% of his passes if the passes are only going for 3 yards.
