Leaf formula of "success."

Phase 1) get off to a hot start based on super fluky goaltending playing waay over their head. Phaneuf & Kessel best players in the NHL and management is brilliant.

Phase 2) Kessel goes through a 15 game goal less drought that drops them to the middle of the pack in the standings. Kessel sucks.

Phase 3) Lose the last 12 of 15 games remaining to finish 9th as goaltending and defensive deficiencies become exposed. Phaneuf sucks.

Phase 4) Draft a middling prospect and continue your legacy of mediocracy. Management sucks

Put me down as liking them. One thing our forefathers gave us was a great flag and a wonderful iconic symbol in the red maple leaf. I think it looks good almost anywhere and this sweater is no different.

Well it is too soon, but on his way to prove that his 10 games with the Dogs was just a fluke. Just a way to start a career in a higher level after playing in a total different level all year long. Now that he's adjusting, he'll prove his worth. I guess it remains to be seen if he has the overall game to be a regular top 6 player in the NHL....I do think he will in due time. But I hope nobody is surprise if he ends up being on top of the AHL this year unless...his start of the season is so good that he will be recalled real soon in the bigs.
