They’re all out of sync. They look like, incredibly, that two things are true:

- they’re playing as individuals, but
- they also want someone else to do the needed thing

So they try low percentage shit but then when it comes down to it fling it to someone else hoping they’ll be the hero.

We clear the zone for the other team in OZ more than we clear it out of the DZ.

This game is what, 16 points dropped against the bottom of the league? What a joke.

That last Nico-Hughes-Bratt shift shows how important defensive structure and not chasing is.

Devils skaters had lots of movements and some small successes but the Devils struggled to turn it into a big success because Arizona stayed calm and in their areas instead of chasing the play around and getting out of position.

Its so sad. They are so good and so talented team. Im so loving them to watch 3 am games here. For years. I believe my first online game was 07 season. I will not lose my confidence and desire to watch. But it is so damn sad to watch and understand how they are losing their chance for play off performance in the year they could easily won the play off spot.
